Hi on HP Smart my printer says ready. The printer itself is connected to the same wifi (solid blue light) as my laptop. Spectrum says my wifi includes the splitter or whatever, so adding a printer onto my wifi is ok. When I go to print, my computer says the printer is offline/looking for printer. It's worked before and now not working. What happened? What do I do - besides restarting. Screenshot 2025-08-31 at 8.07.31 PM.pngScreenshot 2025-08-31 at 8.07.48 PM.png

Hi @HRprinter1

1. Some Envy printers needs to work in a 2.4G network, because they are more compatible to work on that Wifi speed networks.

2. So maybe you need to ask your Spectrum Wifi provider to changed your network to 2.4G network.

3. After you are done with your Wifi network change to 2.4G, then you can follow steps from the next video to setup your printer:
