I moved from Europe to USA so the cartdrige changed from 302 to 63. My printer won’t accept the 63 and it says its not ment to be used with this printer. I found that changing the region fixes this. Could someone help me?

@HTorres00, Welcome to the HP Support Community!
We need to perform a regional reset on the printer to resolve this issue.
The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may brick the device.
I've sent you a private message with reset instructions, follow the reset instruction to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer.
In order to access your private messages, click the private message icon on the upper right corner of your HP Community profile, next to your profile Name or simply click on this link.
Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
Please click “Accept as Solution” if you feel my post solved your issue, it will help others find the solution.

Have a great day!

I also would like to change the region of my HP Officejet Pro 7740. Currently it's using HP954 cartridges, which are not available, so I bought the HP952 cartridges on Amazon, which later indicated that they were not compatible with my printer. So I would like to change its region to USA so I can keep buying the HP952 online.

Welcome to HP Support Community
I would like to help
Before starting the Regionalization Reset please check these details
1. Is your printer connected to your computer via a USB cable? If not, please connect it using a USB cable.
2. Do you have a full feature printer software? To find out if you have a full feature drivers installed, try these steps: On desktop, you will find you Printer icon, click on it and let me know if Printer assistant opens
3. If you do not see the Icon on the desktop screen, Click on start > Go to All programs > Look for Printer name > Click on it and again click on your Printer name. This should open printer assistant.
4. If you don't find Printer assistant, please download full feature software from this link: https://support.hp.com/us-en/drivers, enter the Product Number and select the correct Operating System.
Thank you
If the information I've provided was helpful, give us some reinforcement by clicking the "Solution Accepted" on this Post and it will also help other community members with similar issue.
