I have an HP Deskjet Ink Advantage 1515 All-in-One Printer bought from Pacific Asia region (Philippines). It used Ink cartridge 678. Recently, a relative brought home Ink 662 and 662 XL from Latin Americas. The box and HP website say that 662 is also compatible with HP 1515 printer. However, my printer can't read the cartridge because apparently my Pacific Asia printer can only support Pacific Asia ink cartridges (678). For me to use Ink 662, I need to change the region of my printer to Latin Americas.
An HP Chat Support told me that I need to contact USA Team in order to change the region of my printer from Pacific Asia to Latin America. But United States only have community support and phone, no chat.
Please send help. I don't know how else to contact USA Team without using oversea calls. I don't want to waste more than 10 ink cartridges. It'd be a waste of money.

Hi,
HP Will reconfigure a printer for another region if you have moved with the printer from to another country, HP will not configure a printer to accept ink intended for use in another country than yours.
Before you contact HP, you must have a full set of genuine HP ink cartridges for your current country/region.

As you can see listed on the cartridges box (assuming those are genuine HP Cartridge), the HP 662 cartridges are listed for intended in use in Latin America only.
