Microsoft Windows 11

I can print a document from my cell phone using HP Smart app so I know the printer works over my WiFi and it will print a test page from my laptop using the HP Smart app over the WiFi but when I print a pdf document from my laptop, the printer makes a few noises like it's going to print but it stops and doesn't print.

Recently my printer shows up labeled as Scan Only - HP 5540 Envy - Do Not Delete. I've run HP Print and Scan Doctor and it says all it well. I also have HP 5540 Envy show up on the Print and Scan Doctor opening page with an icon that doesn't look like my printer, If I choose that one to fix, I get an error message eventually that it can't connect to it.

I've uninstalled HP Smart and reinstalled it but I still get the Scan Only -HP 5540 Envy - Do Not Delete on Scan Doctor.
