Product: HP LaserJet P1005 Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

HP has my printer's (Laser Jet MFP3101sdw) serial number assigned to a totally different printer.  Please see the product name in this chat.  No typo on my part!!  As you can see, HP thinks I have a p1105 and I have a MFP3101sdw.  How can I get HP to correct??

That can happen because serial numbers are reused, that is why you have a product number too.
