Can anyone help? Keep getting 'Printer Setup incomplete' message from HP Smart page but everything looks ok!

Also having the same issue with my 9120e. I have tried resetting to factory settings as instructed by troubleshooting page but now it gets stuck on "preparing" when trying to setup again
