Officejet 200
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have installed software for an Officejet 200 mobile printer & an Officejet 250 multifuction printer.  Now they both refuse to be uninstalled.  I get the following error:

uninstall.png

Any ideas about this?

Hi,

That is likely to be a permission issue on your operating system, preventing your user fro accessing the Windows Installer service.

Try restarting your computer, then try uninstalling the printers using belkow utility from Microsoft and check if that helps,

https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/17588/fix-problems-that-block-programs-from-being-installed...

If that doesn't help I suggest rying the steps below:

https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/2669244/-windows-cannot-access-the-specified-device--path--...

If that doesn't help too I suggest contacting Microsoft.

Hope that helps,

Shlomi
