HP Recommended

I have the HP Envy Photo 7120 printer that is stuck on the first dot on the startup page. The power button does not do anything when clicked or held down. I have tried unplugging from both wall and printer for a few minutes with and without holding down power button and/or removing ink cartridges and it is still stuck. I cannot update the printer as it is not recognized on my computer or phone since it is not fully starting up. Please help troubleshoot this issue as I need to use my printer.
