Printer Subscription

Recently purchased this HP printer… why was my account disabled because I didn’t pay for a subscription??? Utterly BS!

I had to pay the $3.99 subscription so I can print a document?!? My ink or original products, I’m not running low but yet HP held me hostage to a subscription in order for me to print! Y’all are really something else! Ridiculous!

Instant Ink subscription is optional.

If you did subscribe, then yes -- you must pay for the subscription service contract.

If you did subscribe to the service,

If you then do not pay for that service and the contract was terminated due to lack of payment

OR

If you cancelled the subscription,

Remember that you must remove all the Instant Ink cartridges and replace them with a full set of HP ink cartridges.

If you are not subscribed to the Instant Ink service,

Then whatever is happening is not related to a non-existent contract.
