Product: HP OfficeJet 4650 All-in-One Printer

Hello,

 

For the last week, my printer has been having issues printing anything. At first it would print maybe half of the copies of a selected file I was trying to print, then it wouldn't respond at all but I could still see it queued in the print job menu and today it submits the print job and disappears as if the printer actually executed the print job. Nothing would print regardless of the file type or which internet browser I was using or if the file was already downloaded on my PC. However, today, when I tried to do another print job, the printer lost power entirely. I followed the HP Virtual Assistant advice to unplug the power, wait at least 60 seconds and plug the printer back directly into a wall outlet that I know works but still no response. The second recommendation was to try a different power cord but I don't have a second power cord. Any other suggestions of what I should be trying or at least looking for?
