Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I'm needing some help. I have had my printer connected to my laptop for a couple of years and all of a sudden it is saying driver not connected. 

I don't know how to fix it.

Welcome to the HP Support Community!

 

1. download only HP Color LaserJet Pro M255dw/M255nw Printer Full Software Solution 

2. follow these instructions here: HP printer is offline or unavailable 

If this does not help, then the software must be reinstalled, see 1.
