Operating System: macOS 10.15 Catalina

Hello, 

 

i am trying to register my hp envy 4520 to my instant ink account, however, it is saying that the printer is currently registered to someone else, as far as I am aware, the printer has not been owned by anyone other than myself so could you please assist in this.
