I purchased an HP Envy Photo 7155 (Open Box) which arrived without the SETUP Cartridges. I have successfully negotiated past the "Use SETUP cartridges that came with your printer" locked screen, loaded black and color #64 cartridges, and completed printer setup, but the error message referring to SETUP carts is persistently blocking any normal use of the printer. The printer is out of warranty and was sold As Is (returns not accepted). HP says if the printer was received without the SETUP carts, return it to the seller. Any assistance is genuinely appreciated.

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help,
I understand you are receiving a "use setup cartridges" error. We would have to perform an OOBE reset on the printer to bypass the error
- The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may corrupt the device.
