Hi @Komal15,
Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
If you're receiving a "HP Printer is busy" notification repeatedly, it could be due to a few different reasons.
- Printer Queue Issue: Sometimes, print jobs can get stuck in the printer queue, causing the printer to appear busy. Try clearing the print queue on your computer and restarting both your computer and the printer.
- Network Connection Problems: If your printer is connected to your computer or network wirelessly, there may be connectivity issues causing the printer to not respond properly. Make sure your printer is properly connected to the network and try restarting your router if necessary.
- Software or Driver Problems: Outdated or corrupted printer drivers can also cause issues with printing. Make sure you have the latest drivers installed for your printer model. You can usually find them on the HP website.
- Hardware Issues: If none of the above solutions work, there may be a hardware problem with your printer.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
