Printer can't be detected by HP app but can be detected by device and HP Easy Start app

I have a Macbook Air M1, my printer is a Deskjet 2330. The printer comes up on the device's list of printers and it also appears on the HP Easy Start. How to solve this pls. 

For context, I've used this device before and it worked. It's been a year since then. Does not using the printer for a long time have to do with this issue

After I continue on HP Easy Start, it just says thank you. Then, when I print without using the HP app (just using the list of printers), the printer isnt responding. 

This printer is also not connected to the wifi because Idk how and I can't see any IP address indicated anywhere in the manuals it came with.

Try to install with the next steps:

(1) Connect a USB cable between Deskjet printer and Mac computer:

(2) Install the next driver:

• >> Apple Deskjet driver essentials L5_1901
