Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I just got this printer a couple months ago and I cant seem to get the printer to print f4 size paper. I've seen a couple of tutorials online telling me to make a custom print but I just can't seem to get the height of the print to be above 297 millimeters. is there any fix to this? or anyone with a similar problem?
