Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 6960 All-in-One Printer

Our printer is working well, no problems with printing in B&W or colour.  However, when we try to photocopy, it comes out very sepia - reddish print on a dusky colour background, a world away from the B&W original.  Cartridge levels are all fine, I have done a print diagnostic and tried to align printheads, however when I place the alignment page on the scanner it tells me it was unable to detect or read the page.  I've watched the video, checked the positioning, placed it down v carefully etc, but same result each time.

 

Would be v grateful for any advice!
