HP Color LaserJet Pro MFP M281fdw

  I selected "Reset" in the menu.  It now  gives 49 Service Error.  It will not connect to the network.  Also, will not communicate with the computer when trying to run diagnostics.  

It just keeps cycling from the error to initializing and back to the error.

I understand you are getting an error message Service 49 on your HP LaserJet Printer. Not to worry I will help you to get a resolution to resolve the issue.

 

  • We have to perform a Reset.
  • The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may corrupt the device.
  • I've sent you a private message with reset instructions, follow the reset instruction to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer.
