Using Printer through USB lane, all the printing are getting declined with any reason.

We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution.  

  

Step 1: Check USB Connection

  • Ensure that the USB cable is properly connected between the printer and your computer.
  • Try using a different USB cable to rule out any issues with the cable itself.

Step 2: Verify Printer Status

  • Make sure the printer is turned on and there are no error messages displayed on the printer's control panel.

Step 3: Restart Printer and Computer

  • Turn off the printer and your computer.
  • Disconnect the USB cable.
  • Wait for 60 seconds.
  • Reconnect the USB cable.
  • Turn on your computer and printer.

Step 4: Reinstall Printer Driver

  • Sometimes, reinstalling the printer driver can fix connectivity issues.
  • Uninstall the existing driver from your computer.
  • Download and install the latest driver from the HP Software and Driver Downloads page.

Step 5: Update Firmware
