Officejet 5160
Microsoft Windows 8.1 (64-bit)

I connect my computer to the Officejet printer, the printer is detected but when I try to print the documents just add up in the printing queue and do not get printed.

i tried reinstalling the printer driver, replacing the ink - no luck 😞

the wierd thing is that when I run the driver update it prints out a test page - and that does get printed!!

any idea how to solve this issue??
