Product: HP ENVY 4500 e-All-in-One Printer

Attempt to add the printer device on new laptop with windows 11 receives 'failed' message.

Printer was previously installed and working on a different laptop with windows 10 operating system.

Hello jobeth1, your printer only has drivers for Windows 10, not Windows 11, there may be incompatibility with the drivers.

I leave you a link so you can install a driver and see if it solves the problem.
