After the latest Windows 10 update to version 1903, the printer does not print documents wirelessly. It prints just fine when connected with usb and it does print wirelessly from Android devices. HP App controls the printer for scanning, settings etc., but it does not print documents or photos.

I tried all related solutions I found in the forum without any luck. Removing software and drivers completely, cleaning spool and temp folder and then reinstalling the latest software. I also tried the "doctor" app from both HP and Microsoft for troubleshooting printing and networks but it came up short.

When I try to print a document the error message reads printer cannot print document and the document remains in que.

I forgot to mention that the printer works wirelessly with EPrint.

Any advice would be appreciated.

After lots of research, the problem had nothing to do with the drivers or the program. Windows update has messed up with the virtual ports the pc is using for the wireless printers. You have to manually change the port that the pc is using, you have to make it an IP type (not wsd) and specify the IP address of the wireless printer.
