I have an HP Deskjet 4100 series printer. I got 6 months Instant Ink with the printer. During the 6 months, I had to change my WiFi Password. I have been unable to tell the printer what the new password is. Support couldn't help me so I finally connected the printer to my computer with a USB cable. But then the free membership to Instant Ink expired and now my printer won't print at all. I enrolled in a paid Instant Ink account but the printer doesn't know that because it still can't connect to WiFi. I've tried getting support but support doesn't know what my product is, and when I try to add the serial number, it says "that service is not available now. Try again later." I am so fed up that if I was to actually connect to support right now I think they would hear a lot of angry words. But I really want to fix this. I'd like to be able to print from my laptop -- so I want to be able to print and get the wireless feature back. Is there a way to reset the printer so it thinks it's brand new and I can enter the wifi password like I must have done when I first set it up? Or is there a secret way to get support because I know I was able to reach them before, even though they weren't completely helpful.

Hi,
Thanks for using the HP Support Community.
Do a wireless reset on the printer and then use HP Smart to connect to the network again with the new password.
