Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (32-bit)

I download the driver but installation seems last forever. A typical failure of the driver installation happens and I have no idea how to install this driver for my computer now. Please kindly help.

Hi,

Are you trying to install the printer via USB or wirelessly?

 

Does the software just hangs, or may return any specific error message or any specific behavior?

It is wireless one. I just installed a giant for 3830 set and it works fine to me. Thanks for the response.
