Printer driver for MFP M477 that will install in Windows OS version 26H2

Trying to install printer driver for MFP M477fnw onto new HP OmniDesktop PC running Windows 11 Home version 26H2. Printer and driver do not show up on HP website, nor does OS 26H2.  Found a link to the driver in another post and downloaded it successfully. Printer attached by USB. Ran installation software (twice) and it gets to 99%, then an error window says "Installation process taking too long. This is a fatal error." The only option is to cancel. When I restart the computer, Windows shows the printer name under Devices but clicking on it shows HP AIO Scanner only. Is there ANY way to install my M477 printer on this HP desktop? Thanks.

1. You may need to try the steps in the next message:

2. Find the HP folder path for installation, something like 

• C:\LJM477_Full_Solution\HpSetup.exe
  • right-click the HPsetup.exe file, select Run As Administrator.

* Click YES   to say thank you, 

* Click Accepted as Solution when question is answered.

When I go to RUN and enter the path C:\LJM477_Full_Solution\HpSetup.exe, I get an error that LJM477 is unavailable.  The installation folder for the M477 on my computer is under Windows (C:) and is called HP_Color_Laserjet_Pro_MFP_M477. It was put there by using the link provided in another post. I tried running the setup.exe in this folder and get the same "Fatal error install operation took to long to execute" problem when installation hit 99%. I did uninstall Windows back to OS 25H2. Thanks in advance for any other suggestions or for how to find and install LJM477_Full_Solution.
