Hi! Could you possibly provide the specific link that you used that worked? The web site is confusing. There is discussion of OSX 10 but not big sur. Thanks much!

  • What is the operating system you are using?
  • What is the exact issue you are facing?
  • Have you made any software or hardware changes on the computer?
