I have been printing for months but now the printer has suddenly stopped and within MS settings and when I reset- up HP smart says driver unavailable.
I have tried rebooting / re-setting up printer

Hi Megan. Having spent hours and doing everything obvious, I found a computer expert who identified a rogue printer driver which got installed with an update. I have had to completely remove the HP Smart app too. At the moment I have printing and scanning back
