Hello @yupin ,
Welcome to the HP Support Community!
Here's what you need to do:
- Uninstall HP printer software, and then remove the printer from your Devices list.
- Restart the PC
- Close all programs
- download only this complete package: HP Software – Offline Use Only
- Close all programs
- Open up the run command with the "Windows Key + R" key combo > in folder Downloads double-click on the EXE,
File name: Full_Webpack-44.11.2778-EN6200_Full_Webpack.exe (135.5 MB) - The installation was completed successfully, now you must ...
- Restart the System again
- Now the installation is complete.
Document error messages accurately, even better is to take a screenshot of it and upload here.
Kind Regards
Andr-1611

Followed steps exactly and upon restart it showed printer installed. Trying to print from my print program it "replied install printer". Trying to print from email it comes up with print option list and only lists "Save to PDF." In ms word it says "no printer installed". Clicking add printer it replies "The active directive domain service is currently unavailable".
