I cant install the driver to my printer, win 10 say that it is not kompatible with the policy NT 4.0 drivers. I have downloaded the newest driver from HP support.

I appreciate your efforts for trying out the steps.
Are you installing the printer on a server?
It certainly looks to be an operating system issue.
Try the steps recommended below.
IControl Panel, double-click Printers and Faxes.
Double-click Add Printer to start the Add Printer Wizard, and then click Next.
Click Local printer, click to clear the Automatically detect and install check box, and then click Next.
Click Create a new port, and then under Port type, click Local Port.
For Port Name, type the path to the printer in the form of \\server\printer, where the server is the name of the print server and printer is the name of the printer.
Click Next, and then choose a Windows 2000 or Windows Server 2003 driver for your printer.
Click Next, and then follow the instructions to finish the wizard.
Refer this article to know more information about group policy on your PC.
If the issue still persists try restoring the windows back to factory settings and check if it helps.

I understand you have issues installing printer drivers on your PC.
Don't worry I'd like to help you out.
Did you make any changes to your printer?
Please try the steps recommended below.
Follow the steps to disable NT4.0 drivers policy.
1) Go to Run (or Start Search) type ‘ mmc ‘, press Enter. Continue for UAC.
2) Click on File and Add/Remove Snap In, as shown below.
3) Select ‘Group Policy Object Editor’ on the left side and Press Add Button.
Leave Local Computer in Next screen and Click Finish and OK.
4) Then Expand to ‘ Local Computer Policy’ -> Computer Configuration -> Administrative Templates and Click on Printers.
5) Look for “Disallow installation of Printers using kernel-mode drivers” on the right side and double click on it.
6) Select Disable and Press OK. Close the console and try installing the printer drivers and check if it helps.

Hi. It did not help me, when i go to the Add/Remove Snap in, I dont have the line "Group policy Object Editor" in this win 10 version it is the newest opdate from win. I have an older version on an other pc and ther i have the the line.
