I have an HP LJ m209dw printer and a print server, what driver do I need in Windows Server 2022?

This printer is not listed as supported in Server 2022 and is not listed as supported for Universal Printer Driver. That said, I would suggest that you try that or the new Smart Universal Printer Driver, but these recommendations are no assurance it will work.
