Hi @Mariusz_Tom,
Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
For your HP LaserJet M209dw printer on Windows Server 2022, you can use the HP Universal Print Driver (UPD), which supports most HP printers and can be easily integrated into print servers. The Universal Print Driver offers compatibility and easy configuration for a wide range of HP devices, including the LaserJet M209dw.
Here are the steps to install the appropriate driver.
Download the HP Universal Print Driver (PCL6) from the official HP website:
- HP Universal Print Driver (PCL6)
Install the driver on your print server:
- Run the installer on your Windows Server 2022 system.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the installation.
- Once installed, you can configure the printer on your print server and share it with client machines.
Alternatively, if you prefer using the specific driver for the LaserJet M209dw, you can download it from the same link and select the specific model from the product support page. Ensure you are selecting drivers for Windows Server 2022 or the relevant Windows Server version.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.

This printer is not listed as supported in Server 2022 and is not listed as supported for Universal Printer Driver. That said, I would suggest that you try that or the new Smart Universal Printer Driver, but these recommendations are no assurance it will work.
