Hi,
You would need to install the drivers through the command line using MSIEXEC command.
Download and use below drivers:
https://support.hp.com/us-en/drivers/selfservice/swdetails/hp-laserjet-pro-mfp-m28-m31-printer-serie...
Follow below support document, see the ‘Customize the installation’ section, the steps are identical and applicable for an M30a printer, although the document is intended for other printer models:

What do you mean by not working?
Any error message? no response?
Please make sure you use the command correctly with a ENTERPRISE = YES attribute.
If it fails, be sure to include the exact command used and its exact response.

I used the following command
C:\Windows\system32>msiexec /i "C:\Users\SCZ02\Downloads\LJM28-M31_U_Basicx64_46
.2.2637.exe" ENTERPRISE=YES
I get message that "This installation package could not be opened. Contact the application vendor to verify that this is a valid windows installer package"
