Product: HP ENVY 5665

My HP ENVY 5665 has an error code C4EB82C3 and my printer has flashing lights after it turns on automatically. It switches from a blue error screen to a black printer error screen in 2 seconds and I’m not sure what’s wrong with it.

Can't do anything without the printer model number -- and we need to know the version of the OS you are running.

The HP 5665 operates within WIN 7 thru WIN 10.

The only lights visible from the front are explained on page 5 of the manual  (power and Wi-fi, which is blue).

Error codes are perplex. Some suggest you remove the INK cartridges, then while removed unplug the power cord. Wait a minute, and re-power, then install the ink. Others suggest you uninstall the software, and re-install software, claiming the error is likely a software glitch.

This system is feedback driven thru Solution and Kudo flags. It's the only means of knowing if you have been served. Please click Accept as Solution, if your problem is solved. To say THANK YOU, press the "thumbs up symbol" to render a KUDO. You can render both Solution and KUDO..
