Product: HP Officejet Pro 8600 e-All-in-One Printer - N911a

I was trying to set up my printer to connect to WiFi but it said it couldn’t and is now showing a message that says printer failure “there is a problem with the printer or ink system. Turn printer off, then on. If problem persists, contact HP.” I turned it off and back on multiple times but it shows the same message and won’t let me exit out of it. I’m not sure what to do.
