HP Recommended

I am trying to make copies of documents and original is letter size.  Printer thinks the original is "statement" size.  How can I change the setting to letter size?  It just starting doing this a couple of days ago and I have had this printer for some time.

Hi,

Open and close the paper tray and review the shown prompt on the printer front panel.

 

Click No or Edit to change the paper size and ensure it is set to Letter.



Click the Yes button to reply that the response was helpful or to say thanks.
