Operating System: macOS 10.15 Catalina

I have a Mac.  Any other suggestions or version of app to download? My printer printer about 20 pages with one line of symbols this morning instead of the 1 page document i tried to print. The suggested Trouble shooting does not work with Mac.

More information would have been helpful. Are you printing through an app or using a driver installed on your computer. Is this usb, wired or wireless network connection? What programs are you printing from. This type of behavior would most likely occur due to a wrong or corrupt driver being used or a corrupt file you are trying to print.

There is no option but to use the HP Smart app anymore.  I have next to me around 50 pages of either blank or single lines of random symbols from trying to print a single page receipt from the web on a MacBook Air using an HP MFP135w.  Seems it’s a very common issue with no resolution

HP is an absolute waste of time and money since they reduced everything to stupid app.
