Hi @Shi81

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

I'd like to help!

It seems you're having trouble connecting your printer, the HP DeskJet 4155e, to your computer running Windows Vista. This printer seems not compatible with Windows Vista, as there are no drivers available and may not support it.

  1. Connect via USB: As an alternative to wireless connections, you can try connecting your printer to your computer using a USB cable. This might be a more straightforward and reliable method, especially if you are experiencing difficulties with wireless connections.

  2. Update Windows Vista: Ensure that your Windows Vista operating system is up to date with the latest updates and service packs. Microsoft may have released updates that address compatibility issues.

  3. Check USB Ports and Cables: If you are connecting via USB, make sure that the USB ports on your computer are functioning properly. Also, use a known-good USB cable to rule out any issues with the connection.

  1. Restart Devices: Sometimes, simply restarting both the computer and the printer can resolve connectivity issues. Turn off both devices, wait for a few seconds, and then turn them back on.

  2. Run Printer Troubleshooter: Windows Vista includes a printer troubleshooter that can help identify and resolve common printing problems. Go to the Control Panel, select "Troubleshooting," and then choose "Use a printer" under the Hardware and Sound section.

If the issue persists, consider reaching out to HP support for assistance. They can provide more personalized help based on the specific details of your setup.

Hope this helps! Keep me posted for further assistance.
