Product: HP Officejet Pro 8625
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I'm trying to install the drivers for my HP officejet Pro 8625 - I've gotten them downloaded but then this box comes up asking for an admin username and password.  How do I find out what that is?

If you are not aware of the credentials, we will have to perform a reset to resolve this issue.

I have sent you a private message with a set of instructions to perform a reset. Kindly check the same, this might help you to resolve this issue. Check next to your profile name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.
