Hi

I've been trying to connect my Envy Pro 6430 all in one printer to my laptop either wirelessly or with a cable  for 14 hours, since early this morning.   I get as far as the instruction to print Network Configuration but my laptop does not direct me to the page, so I cannot find an IP address to connect the printer even tho' the printer is listed under Printers, it's offline and won't work.

Please help.  I have tried all of the online virtual assistant options but nothing works.

@Mag19, Welcome to HP Support Community!

Go to HP Customer Support, select your printer model, and then search for "Printing Self-Test Pages." Print a Wireless Network Test Report, and then follow any instructions on the report to troubleshoot wireless connectivity problems. For more information, go to Using a Wireless Network Test Report

Share the report for further assistance.

Meanwhile, refer to the document Connect to a Wireless HP Printer for alternate connectivity methods.

If you still have issues, use the guided troubleshooter Troubleshooting | Wireless Printing Center for instruction to isolate and resolve the issue.

Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
