I have a Brother laser printer and have struggled with this “won’t print, job stuck in queue, won’t delete” issue.  I tried one recommendation to stop the print spooler/clear stuck job/restart spooler process to no avail and was about to try other methods when I was alerted that a Windows update needed to be applied.  After applying the update, the print queue problem was solved.  Never did perform any of the other processes.  I’m a bit embarrassed I hadn’t checked that first (actually thought it was happening automatically) and it may not work for others but thought I’d share fwiw.

Do you have the KBxxx number by chance?

Sorry, no but perhaps these details will help:

Windows 10 Home

Version 20H2

OS Build 19042.685

Windows Feature Experience Pack 120.2212.551.0

The Microsoft support page for this release lists a number of KB articles.  However I believe my recent update (yesterday) may have included more than a patch because it took about 30 minutes (mentioned in a ZDNet article about the October/May update).  I don’t use this computer very often and it seems I may have been a few updates behind.
