HP DeskJet Plus 4120 All-in-One Printer
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello to you all. Hope your day goes well. My name is Hana and I have an HP DeskJet Plus 4120 printer. for unknown reason I can't print anything in the last 4 days. I bought this printer less then a year ago and since then I was always connected with the cable. It was fine.  I could print through the cable, up until few days ago when Suddenly the printer kept sending message to my HP SPECTRE laptop that the printer is "off line"  and it wouldn't let me print any of my stuff. I searched on the definition, but couldn't find where to define. Don't know how to define to the printer that I would like to stay connected with the cable.  A week ago I got a message on my laptop that it's time to update my laptop, as part of my routine updates, So I let the laptop to get updated. Not sure if that caused the printer to go crazy.  Will greatly appreciate your help resolving this technical block. Please and kindly HELP me and please letting me know what to do step by step. I am not a computer savvy and my wheels goes slow.  Thank you.
