I tried downloading the latest firmware to my printer using the utility.  It timed out after a while.  Now on the printer console, it keeps downloading and installing updates, reboots and repeats the steps.  I can't get it to stop.  If I disconnect my ethernet cable, it will timeout, but then it only gives me a chance to connect Ethernet or Wireless.  I can't get into the menu to do a factory reset.  The printer is no longer under warranty and was manufactured in Sept of 2021.  Is there a different way to do a factory reset or manually update the firmware through the USB port on the front?  Or another option?  If there is a part that I can buy and replace, what part/part number would that be?

I'm starting to think that the firmware released by HP that I used is flawed.  Version is 002_2310A.  It was just released 3 weeks ago.  It's now caused my printer to no longer be functional.  If HP can provide an older version of the firmware, I can put that on a flash drive and try to update it.  Maybe it might work.
