Hi @Jsimy,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

This is a great location to get assistance! I read your post and see that your printer prints twice every time you print. I would like to help you resolve this issue.

However, I will need a few details to provide an accurate solution,

  • When did this issue start?
  • Did you do any hardware or software changes?
  • How is the printer connected to a computer, wired or wireless?

Meanwhile

Please try the steps recommended below.

On your PC search control panel, open control panel, Select printer properties, Select the "number of copies" it must be set to 2 change it to 1 and check if it helps.

Also, Right-click your HP printer icon in devices and printer -> select Printer Properties -> select Ports -> uncheck 'enable bidirectional support'. -> APPLY

If the issue still persists uninstall the printer software from your PC and install the latest printer drivers.

Update the firmware/drivers. Click here

Hope this helps! Keep me posted for further assistance

Please mark this post as Accepted Solution” if the issue is resolved and if you feel this reply was helpful click “Yes”.
