Hi! My printer stopped connecting/working and I went through several resets of my printer, router, and computer -- and now all seems to be working except the printer won't fully set up without the set up cartridges, and when I type in the printer PIN listed on the printer... it says it's an invalid code. I no longer have the set up cartridges, and my color ink cartridge is really low -- but I only need to print in B&W so I'm unclear why that error is preventing me from printing. Thanks in advance for any/all guidance!

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help,
I understand you do not have the setup ink cartridges. We will have to perform a reset on the printer to resolve this issue.
- The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may corrupt the device.
- I've sent you a private message with reset instructions, follow the reset instruction to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer.
