My printer states the message to remove and reinstall the cartridge, making sure it is correctly installed.
i did that several times and it keeps displaying the same message. The printer and cartridges worked before and a fairly new. My mom had similar issues lately with her hp printer. I did a hard reset and the same thing happens. Not sure what to do.

If you have already performed the steps from the document HP Printer Does not Print and Error Indicates Faulty Ink Cartridgeand the issue persists, it could be a hardware failure.
Please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer.
