My HP Tango printer asked to be optimised when I sent a job via mobile. I pressed OK and nothing happens. I send jobs to print and app seem to be working but printer does nothing, not sound. There is no error light.

Hey I had the same issue this morning and I just found this post: https://h30434.www3.hp.com/t5/Printer-Setup-Software-Drivers/Printer-needs-to-optimize-to-print-but-...
I only had to follow these steps then sent my print again from mobile (copied what I did from the post above)
- With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the rear of the printer and also unplug the power cord from the wall outlet.
- Wait for 2-3 minutes
- Now plug back the power cable straight to a wall outlet without any surge protector or an extension cord (This is important) and then plug back the power cord to the printer.
- Turn on the printer and wait till warm-up period finishes and the printer is idle
