Hi there, Spectrum Cable was at my house and gave me a new router and now my printer no longer connects to my computer or wifi so I cannot print.
Its wireless, and the little blue light within the wifi area on the printer just keeps blinking blue.
I thought maybe un innstalling and re innstalling the printer would work, but the computer now just says no printers found and it now won't re innstall since the computer cant find the printer.
Thank you!! Truly appreciate ANY help!

Thank you for being a part of HP Forums.
It'll be an honor to guide you through the steps needed to fix your concern or address your query 😉
As I understand the printer isn't connecting to the computer or WiFi,
Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, however, to provide an accurate resolution, I need a few more details:
- Does the copier work as a stand alone device?
- Have you performed a hard reset?
While you respond to that, here's what you need to do:
Step 1: Restart the computer, printer, and router
Restart the computer, printer, and router to resolve any network or communication error states.
NOTE:
The following steps temporarily disconnect network and Internet connections, and require restarting your computer. Complete any tasks or downloads in progress before continuing.
-
Disconnect the power cord from the router.
-
Turn off the printer.
-
Close all running programs on your computer, including the HP software installation window, then shut down the computer.
-
Reconnect the power cord to the router, then wait for the Internet activity light to display a normal connected status.
-
Turn on the printer.
-
Turn on the computer.
-
Try installing the HP software again.
-
If the printer is found during the installation, the issue is resolved.
-
If the printer is not found during the installation, continue to the next step.
