We recently upgraded our MacBook software to OS Monterey 12.7.6; our printer is not recognizing the new software. We have troubleshooted, followed the steps and it still is not working

Ensure Printer Firmware is Updated:

- Download and install any available firmware updates.
Download Updated Drivers:
- Go to HP's Software and Driver Downloads page.
- Select your printer model (HP OfficeJet 4650) and your operating system (macOS Monterey 12.7.6).
- Download the latest printer drivers and software compatible with macOS Monterey.
Uninstall and Reinstall Printer Drivers:
