Product: HP ENVY 5544 All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Recently, my HP Envy 5544 All-in-One Printer stopped printing in colour when I print from my laptop but my wife's laptop and my phone still print in colour. I have changed both cartridges but the issue still continue. Any ideas?
