Printer not printing in color from applications

New OJ Pro 8210 printer. The printer will print web pages in color, but nothing else in color. Test page - grey scale. .pdf's - grey scale .docx - grey scale.

Thanks for the reply, but the proposed solution does not address the problem. I will get color when printing a web page (and maybe other conditions), but my test page, .pdf, .docx, and .xls files all print grey scale. I suspect this is a software issue, and I've tried the uninstall / reinstall routine, but to no avail.

First download these two software packages into the download directory:

1. HP OfficeJet Pro 8210 Print and Scan Driver and Accessories 
2. HP Officejet Pro 8210 Series Firmware Update 

Now adopt this solution exactly the same.
