Printer not printing

My printer won't print , when I do a diagnosis: here's what I get: 

I've re-installed the printer but same result. Help please!

Thanks for your assistance, but I can print with android phone, so the issue is Why can't I print from a computer WIndows 10 and 11?  I am doing more testing,  by removing HP Smart print, fixing spooler issues.

Ok, if that doesn´t work then try with HP Print Doctor:

Hi @Dub1237 

Ok, then try with the basic connection to solve the issue.

1.  First connect a USB cable between printer and computer.

2.  Then run again HP Print Doctor:

* Click YES   to say thank you, 

* Click Accepted Solution when question is answered.

Believe it or not:  still not printing! I'm out of ideas! I'm starting to think about the sledgehammer...
